While everyone's experience in counseling is unique, as it is tailored to his/her needs and goals, there are many commonalities you can depend on. Then further determining where you'd like to experience change. I often ask the "magic wand" question: "if you had a magic wand, what would you choose to change in your life?" We then work together to identify how to create that reality.
